- Kerala Package Tours believes in helping our customers as much as possible, this is why we are asking only 30% for advance at the time of booking.
- Should the traveller cancel the contract after confirmation, the advance payment will not be refunded.
- Should a cancellation occur less than one week prior to travel, the full cost of the tour will not be refunded.
- No cancellations are entertained after advance has been paid; ask us for a cutoff date if you need.
- In case you feel that the tour package we have provided is not up to the standard please contact us, so we can address the problem.
