Check out from your hotel and proceed to Thekkady, passing through the Western Ghats. On arrival, check in to your resort. In the afternoon, take a boat ride on Periyar Lake, within the famous Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary. You’ll spot Indian Bison, elephants, boars, and possibly the elusive tiger. Today, travel to Kumarakom, passing through scenic tea gardens and rubber plantations. Kumarakom is located on the banks of Vembanad Lake and is renowned for its houseboats and bird sanctuary. Check in to your resort and spend the afternoon exploring or relaxing by the tranquil backwaters. Alternatively, visit the Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary.

After breakfast, head to Alleppey, where your houseboat awaits. Board the boat at 12 pm, and enjoy a refreshing welcome drink as you embark on a leisurely cruise through the backwaters. Savor a delicious traditional Kerala lunch and dinner aboard the houseboat. You’ll spend the night on the boat, surrounded by serene landscapes.
